The Headies has announced its nominees’ list for music works released between July 2019 and September 2020 window.
Superstars like Burna Boy, Davido, Wizkid, Mayorkun and Tiwa Savage are contenders for the most coveted ‘Artiste of the Year’ award category.
According to the announcement from the organisers on Friday, ‘Songwriter of The Year’ category will be introduced. Also, album categories of Pop/R&B have also been split into two different categories.
There will also be a new category for Best Alternative Album.
