When travelling to a different country, it is important to be mindful of some cultural aspects to ensure a smooth experience. Here are some things visitors to Ghana must know:**

Visa Requirements: Indian travellers will need to procure a visa before their arrival in Ghana. Ensure that the passport is valid for at least six months beyond your stay.

International Travel Insurance: When travelling overseas, it is important to secure your trip against unforeseeable scenarios. By investing in travel insurance online, travellers can experience a quick and seamless insurance process.

Health: A yellow fever vaccine certificate is mandatory before entering Ghana. Malaria pills are also strongly recommended to be included in your medical kit.

Transportation: Transportation options for cities between Ghana include buses, taxis and flights. For budget-conscious travellers, buses are an efficient, clean and reliable way to travel.

Cultural Etiquette: Dress modestly in rural regions and religious places, be respectful to elders, and seek permission before photographing the locals.

Dietary Preferences: Although vegetarian options are available, they are limited. Dishes like Jollof Rice and bean stew can be considered for vegetarian options.
