Singer, Augustine Amedu Obiabo, aka Blackface, has called for a reunion of the Plantashun Boiz, a defunct music group which consisted of 2Face, Faze and himself.
The ‘Hard Life’ crooner took to his Instagram page recently to call on his former bandmates to reunite with him.
He noted that there’s strength in unity.
Blackface urged fans to plead with 2Baba and Faze to answer his unity call.
He wrote: “Plantashun Boiz, the question now is to be or not to be and why? @fazealone @official2baba.
“My people, oya make una talk put mouth for this matter! We are on a mission for world peace and it’s not a small thing!
“Unity is strength and not division. Let’s go champs.”
Plantashun Boiz split in 2004 after the release of their sophomore album ‘Sold Out’.
In 2007, the group reunited for a third and final album ‘Plan B’, before splitting again.
