Grammy award-winning Nigerian artiste, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, professionally known as Wizkid, has indicated that he might be taking up movie roles as part of his planned hiatus from the music scene.
The ace singer disclosed via his Instagram story that he would love to embrace film roles that involve kissing scenes and handling firearms.
He stated in Pidgin, “Shebi I tell una I go one dey act film!…I just want dey kiss and shoot a gun for a movie. Daz all!!”
This revelation is coming after he was seen in the company of acclaimed Nigerian filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan at the popular Afefeyeye Bar and Restaurant within KAPHub in Lagos, owned by the filmmaker.
Afolayan’s Kaphubnews described Wizkid’s visit as a honorary meeting to delve into exciting partnership possibilities.
