Wizkid Announces Joint Tour With Davido

Nigerian superstar, Wizkid, has said that he is going on a tour with his A-list colleague, Davido.

He disclosed this via his Instagram account on Wednesday.

“After my MLLE tour, Davido and I are going on tour! Save your coins! I no wan hear pim,” Wizkid wrote.

This will not be the first time both artistes have appeared on the same stage as the Essence crooner invited his fellow megastar to his Lagos show in 2017, a move that seemed to have interred their rivalry.

You will also recall that Wizkid postponed the release of his fifth studio album ‘More Love, Less Ego’ which coincided with the passing of Davido’s son in October 2022. The gesture was well received by music fans who admired the show of respect and support.

Davido returned to the stage at the World Cup closing ceremony in December for the first time since the death of his son.

The cost of seeing the superstars together on stage is definitely not going to come cheap hence why Wizkid has advised concertgoers to save their coins.
