The organisers of the Big Brother Naija have opened applications for the seventh audition of the popular reality tv show.

Announcing the opening of auditions on its verified Twitter handle @BBNaija, organisers put to rest speculations that the show might not hold due to political activities lined up ahead of the 2023 elections.

According to the tweet, its time for interested applicants to show Biggie the stuff they are made of by visiting the Africa Magic website to apply.

The tweet reads: “Biggie is calling you back home.

“BBNaija Season 7 auditions are officially open, are you the next Efe, Miracle, Mercy, Laycon or Whitemoney?

“This is your time to show Biggie what you’re all about audition here: africamagic.tv/bbaudition”

Recall that IK Osakioduwa, the host of the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA), last night, hinted at the return of the popular show during the movie award ceremony, which was well attended by ex-BBNaija stars.

“Applicants get ready, BBNaija season 7 application will be opening soon,” Osakioduwa had said.

Whitemoney, whose real name is Hazel Oyeye Onou beat over 20 housemates to win the 90 million naira prize money for the sixth edition of the show.

He joined the league of previous winners which includes Katung Aduwakwey (2006), Efe Ejeba (2017), Miracle Ikechukwu (2018) and Mercy Eke (2019) and Laycon (2020).
