The Music and Entertainment Gospel Awards (MEGAwards) has resumed activities and reopened public voting after suspending them for two weeks.
A statement released by the organisers said voting would reopen across MEGAwards platforms from November 7 to 15, 2020.
According to the statement, the virtual awards ceremony will now hold on Sunday, November 29.
“MEGAwards’ organisers equally urge the public to take this chance to vote massively for their choice pre-nominees within the eight-day window available.
“The voting process remains the same on both MEGAwards platforms – website (www.megawards.org/mega2020) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/mega.voter2020),” the statement said.
The award had on October 23 suspended activities in solidarity with Nigerian youths protesting against police brutality particularly after the unfortunate incident of October 20 at the Lekki Toll Plaza, Lagos.
