Popular musical duo, Ajebo Hustlers has urged Nigerian artists to learn how to make “great music with depth.”
The duo said some Nigerian artists lack perspective, adding that they should learn from Omah Lay.
On their X handle, Ajebo Hustlers wrote: “Y’all need to learn how to make great music with depth!! Learn from Omah Lay!! Ask yourself..what will Omah lay say if he hopped on this record!!! Cause y’all lack perspective!! Y’all absolutely lack what to talk about and that sh!t boring as hell!!”
They, however, admitted that some talented artists are “dumbing down” their creativity to appeal to fans because they love mediocrity.
“Real artistes are trying to dumb down to gain relevance!!! Cause Na mediocrity una love,” they wrote.
