Few months after pulling the plug on its DStv channel and VOD platform, EbonyLife has returned with its hospitality arm, Túrakà, which was shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

EbonyLife disclosed this in a newsletter sent out to its customers and made available to TCN.

A rooftop restaurant, Túrakà boasts of a capacity of up to hundred guests.

According to the statement, almost any occasion is possible on Túrakà’s open spaces – from karaoke to cocktails, marriage proposals to wedding celebrations and business events that inspire innovation or reward hard work as there are no restrictions. Guests are also allowed to bring chefs and mixologists.

“If you’re looking for the ultimate rooftop hang out where you can lean back, relax and enjoy a delicious meal with sensational views, you’ve arrived. Túrakà (meaning relax), located on the EbonyLife Place rooftop, has reopened in time for the festive season. Enjoy bistro favourites like crispy fried calamari, pure beef burgers, buffalo chicken wings, pastas and pizza. And, as we celebrate life in our current times, for your peace of mind, the large, open-air space will make your special outing all the more safer.”

The EbonyLife multi-purpose five-screen cinemas will also treat guests to a luxury movie experience on Wednesdays with films like Kambili, Ratnik, Rattlesnake Armadas, Introducing the Kujus and other flicks up for screening
