Barely a week after testing positive for Coronavirus, CEO and Co-founder of iRokoTV, Jason Njoku, has disclosed that he has been hospitalised and now needs oxygen to breathe.
Njoku made the revelation via his twitter handle, @JasonNjoku, when he posted a picture of himself plugged to a ventilator.
He captioned it: “Thanks all for your wishes. The kids all tested negative so they’re fine. @MrsMaryNjoku other than minor fatigue is fine. Me? This thing beat me up at home for a week. Since Monday I’ve been hospitalized with hardcore fever and need oxygen to support my breathing. ”
Njoku had taken to twitter last week to share a picture of himself taking a Covid-19 test and announced that he and his wife tested positive for the virus.
He founded iRokoTV, an online Video-on-Demand platform for Nollywood films, in December 2011.
