Burna Boy, Diamond Platnumz, Davido Top Billboard’s List of Most Streamed African Artistes

Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, has been announced as Sub-Saharan Africa’s most-streamed artist, according to Billboard.

Burna Boy sits atop the list titled: “Billboard’s Top 15 Sub-Saharan African Artists” based on global views with 435.57 million streams.

Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz follows in second place with 291.98 million streams while Davido secured the third spot with 285.76 million.

Also on the list is Gospel singer, Sinach, who was named the first African to top the Billboard USA Christian songwriters chart last month. The singer is the most streamed female artiste on the list with 120.73 million streams.
