Layi Wasabi, Genoveva Umeh, Young Jonn, BNXN and Tunde Onakoya have been announced as nominees for the 18th edition of The Future Awards Africa (TFAA).

The organisers, on Monday, released the nominees’ list covering 23 categories, including education, law, professional service, entrepreneurship, agriculture, technology, photography, acting, and music.

This year’s ceremony, themed ‘Celebrating the Great and Daring,’ will honour the extraordinary achievements of young Africans who are fearlessly breaking boundaries and reshaping the continent’s future.

Ayodeji Razaq, TFAA executive director, said this year’s nominees’ “audacious vision and groundbreaking accomplishments have earned them a rightful place among the ‘Great and Daring’.

“We are honoured to celebrate their contributions and look forward to the transformative work they will continue to do,” he added.
