Davido Unveils Full Tracklist for Oriadé Ahead of Album Release

Nigerian Afrobeats star Davido has unveiled the official tracklist for his sixth studio album, Oriadé, ahead of its release on Friday, July 31, 2026.

The 13-track project will be released exactly 15 years after Davido began his professional music career.

Announcing the tracklist on Tuesday, the singer wrote: “Oriadé. Music royalty from top to bottom. The kingdom expands. Out this Friday.”

The album title, Oriadé (also stylised as ORIADÉ), is derived from the Yoruba words “Ori” (head or destiny) and “Adé” (crown), roughly translating to “the crowned head” or “the crown follows destiny.” It reflects themes of purpose, identity, legacy, gratitude, faith, brotherhood and a return to his African musical roots.

The project is Davido’s shortest studio album to date, featuring 13 tracks, compared with his previous albums Omo Baba Olowo, A Good Time, A Better Time, Timeless and 5ive, which each contained 17 songs.

The album features collaborations with a diverse lineup of artistes from across Africa, Europe and the United States, including Black Sherif, Mayorkun, FOLA, Leon Thomas, Aya Nakamura, Llona, JAZZWRLD, GL_Ceejay and NO11.

Tracks on the album include On The Road, Amazing Grace, Julie, Constantly, I Know Who I Be, Gimme Dat Ting, B4 B4, Already Falling, Tell Everybody, Yaya, Zanzibar, Guide and My Light.

The rollout for Oriadé began in late June after Davido revealed the project during an interview with Billboard, followed by a cinematic teaser inspired by Yoruba royalty and culture.

The official tracklist was released on July 28 alongside the caption: “ORIADÉ. The kingdom expands. Featuring musical royalty from top to bottom. Full album out this Friday! CD pre-orders available now. Which track are you most excited to hear first?”

Speaking about the album during its rollout, Davido described Oriadé as a return to his “original high-energy African sound” after years of exploring global influences. He said the project reflects his 15-year journey in music, adding that it was recorded over two years while balancing an extensive international touring schedule.

The album follows the success of his 2025 project 5ive, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard World Albums chart, and comes after a busy year that included his debut performance at Coachella and his contribution to the 2026 FIFA World Cup soundtrack.

Ahead of Friday’s release, physical CDs are available for pre-order, while pre-save links have gone live across major streaming platforms.

With anticipation continuing to build among fans, Oriadé is expected to further showcase Davido’s blend of Afrobeats and global influences while reaffirming his commitment to African sounds and storytelling.
