Burna Boy thrilled the 80,000-capacity stadium packed with football fans, who turned up to watch the final match between Manchester City and Internationale Milan.

American DJ, artiste and producer, Marshmallow, performed at the 2021 Champions League final in Portugal while Cuban Pop star, Camila Cabello, performed at the 2022 edition in Paris.

The 2023 final, which held in Istanbul Turkey, had Burna thrill fans to a collection of his hit songs.

Since gaining international recognition in 2018, Burna Boy like many of his contemporaries have been taking Afrobeats to a global audience while winning coveted awards and selling out concert venues.

Barely a week ago, the Grammy award-winner became the first African artiste to headline a stadium show in the UK, where a sold-out crowd of 60,000 screamed his Afrobeats lyrics back to him at the London Stadium.
