Five African albums have been honored on the prestigious list, highlighting the growing influence of African music on the global stage.

Leading the African contingent is Burna Boy, whose critically acclaimed album “African Giant” secures the #120 spot. Following closely is Asake, with his chart-topping debut album “Mr. Money With The Vibe” landing at #142, a testament to his meteoric rise in the global music scene.

Tems also makes a notable entry with her groundbreaking project “For Broken Ears,” learning the #222 spot. At #228 is Wizkid’s highly celebrated “Made In Lagos”, an album that cemented his status as a global superstar.

Rounding out the African representation is South African sensation Tyla, whose inclusion at #240 with “Tyla” underscores her growing impact with her unique sound.
