Organisers of Felabration have unveiled a line-up of artistes billed to perform at the seven days of music concerts during this year’s edition of the fest.

The 14th Felabration kicked off on September 29 with three major competitions – artwork, afrobics dance, and fashion – aimed at providing a platform for young creatives to attain enviable heights.

According to the list, artistes like Omawunmi, Masterkraft, Humblesmith, among others, are scheduled to perform on different days between Monday 10th and Sunday 16th October 2022 at the ‘Big Stage’ Freedom Park, Lagos.

Also performing at the event this year is 86-year-old saxophonist, Tajudeen Olalekan Animashaun, popularly known as Baba Ani. Animashaun is a former bandleader of the late Fela Anikulapo Kuti’s famous ‘Egypt 80 Band’.

Felabration is an annual festival of music and arts commemorating the life and times of the late Afrobeat pioneer, Fela Anikulakpo Kuti.

The 2022 Felabration is also expected to feature the 10th edition of the Secondary Schools Debate, ‘The Symposium’ also known as the FELA DEBATES as well as the Felabration Ladies Webinar.
