Accomplished musician, Abbey Afowoslide, has spoken on his experience with the cast and crew of ‘The Man Died’ movie, which chronicles the tough seasons of the Wole Soyinka.

“The Man Died’ movie is indeed worth too be part of it. On how I got involved, I was called and referred to by Uncle Jahman Anikulapo and that was after their evaluations and vetting on who will or can deliver the job.

It was a great experience for me and my team especially being my first ever soundtrack project on such a phenomenal film. And all that we did on the film project during the shoot got me networked to the amazing casts and crew of the project.

Afowoslide, who is a live performer for almost two decades lauded the cast and crew with Wale Ojo leading the cast and others, said he bonded well with all behind the project.

“The creative happened before the shooting date, during the shoot and after the shoot. There were a few challenges recording the song but I overcame it and the process all went well in the favor of me and my team.

Prof Wole Soyinka is a global icon that deserves global accolades. Watching the movie makes me see that a lot of professionalism was involved in the production and it is really worth

“I’m so excited my soundtracks made it to the global phenomenal film production. I have a room for improvement which means am not seeing what I have done for this film as all my best but the more we go into the business the more we do better,” says Afowoslide also referred to as Abbey Afrocentric.
