Christmas diners can choose from options such as poached Scottish langoustine with sesame and shiso, beef Rossini with seared foie gras, and black truffle and spinach ravioli. For dessert, Pavyllon is offering its Bûche de Noël from December 15 to December 26, 2025. The pastry team has created a version made with cocoa chocolate and sobacha praliné croustillant, drawing inspiration from the restaurant’s interior design. It serves as the main festive dessert for guests visiting during the holiday period.

Dovetale

Dovetale, located in 1 Hotel Mayfair, London, offers a holiday dining experience for Christmas with a focus on seasonal, British produce.
