Nigerian music diva, Tiwa Savage on Friday released her latest single, ‘Forgiveness’, ending weeks of anticipation for fans of the talented singer.

Tiwa Savage also shared a snippet video for the new single via X.

Co-produced by the talented producers Supa Dups and Digenius, ‘Forgiveness’ is a powerful ballad which explores themes of healing, redemption, and self-love.

It is also a deeply personal song that reflects on Tiwa Savage’s past experiences and the journey towards self-acceptance.

“What are we even fighting for?” Tiwa queries, adding, “I don’t want flowers; they die and stink up the place.”

‘Forgiveness’ showcases the vocal versatility and emotional depth of the 44-year-old award-winning music star and follows her successful soundtrack album for her debut feature film, ‘Water & Garri’, released in May 2024.

The new single is available to stream on all major music platforms.
