Bolanle Austen-Peters, the producer of multiple award-winning movie ’93 Days’ and director of the blockbuster high- grossing film ‘The Bling Lagosians’ is happy to announce the release of her new film titled The Man Of God as it goes on Netflix this Saturday 16th of April, 2022.
The movie which premiered last Saturday at the Terra Kulture Arena, has been receiving rave reviews for the stellar cast that includes
Akah Nnani, Osas Ighodaro, Dorcas Shola Fapson, Atlanta Bridget Johnson, Olumide Oworu, Mawuli Gavor, Prince Nelson, Patrick Doyle and Eucharia Anunobi among others.

The film was directed by Bolanle Austen-Peters under BAP Productions which is a foremost Nigerian theatre and film production company and produced by Austen-Peters along with James Amuta and Joseph Umoibom.

‘The Man Of God’’ tells the story of a man who forsakes his harsh religious upbringing to live his own life but his soul remains caught between the world and the faith he left behind. His soul is trapped in two triangles. On the one hand, three women vying for his heart; and on the other, the love of God, lust for money, and deep resentment for his father wrestle for his soul.
What will be the ultimate fate of his soul is what this highly entertaining and creatively musical movie has in stock for viewers on Netflix.

Based loosely around the Biblical prodigal son’s story, The Man Of God is dramatic, colorful, vibrant and suspense-filled.
While she has had two of her film on Netflix in the past, The Man of God is Mrs Austen-Peters’ first Netflix-branded film.
