Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has made a bold comparison between his impact and that of late pop legend Michael Jackson.
Speaking during an interview with The Honest Bunch podcast, Portable referenced his involvement in boxing promotion, stating that his influence has surpassed that of Michael Jackson.
The artist also backed his audacious claim by insisting that Michael Jackson never participated in boxing, promoted the sport, or secured related contracts.
“I blow pass Michael Jackson. Did Michael Jackson do boxing? Did he promote boxing? Did he collect the contract? No, no don’t tell me that. I’m bigger than everything,” he stated boldly.
His statement quickly stirred mixed reactions from other users with many calling him out for going overboard.
“It must be expired drugs,” one user wrote.
“I understand Hyping yourself up. But comparing it, be critical,” another user noted.
