Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has spoken about her passion for filmmaking and directing.

In an Instagram post, Funke revealed that she is passionate about her latest movie, Aiyetoro Town.

As a perfectionist, she strives to ensure every detail is right. According to her, her drive for filmmaking is why she stopped by on set several times to support the movie’s directors.

Funke added that as an actor’s director, she finds it therapeutic to explore different characters and stories.

“I’m passionate about AiyetoroTown, and my perfectionism drives me to ensure every detail is just right.

That’s why I stopped by on set several times to support the Directors, @tobimakinde and @pogainc09, and the DOP @adejumo_blessing interpret roles and bring the story to life.

As an actor’s director, I find it therapeutic to explore different characters and stories”.
