Ex-minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has made his Nollywood debut in a television series titled ‘Silent Prejudices’ (Season 2).
The lawyer and politician took to Facebook to narrate his experience on the set of the movie on Saturday while applauding actors for the work they put into production.
“We were on set the whole afternoon and, though grueling, it was a great experience and tremendous fun! Many do not know just how hard actors work and the energy and discipline that goes into their craft.
“Being a thespian is no mean feat. It requires total dedication and focus and, having been through what I experienced on Saturday, my respect for them is boundless,” he wrote on his Facebook timeline.
He stars alongside his actress-wife, Precious, in the movie.
The series exposes the evils associated with the Osu caste system in the Southeastern part of Nigeria and is currently being shot at various locations in Abuja.
Produced by Chris Oge Kalu, the 13-episode series also features businessman, Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu; ex-senator, Dino Melaye; and a former Anambra State governor, Chukwuemeka Ezeife.
Others include Clems Ohameze, Amaechi Muonago, Monalisa Chinda, Chuks Chyke, Vitalis Ndubuisi, Steve Eboh, Ofiafuluagu Mbaka, and linc Edochie.
