Actress Debbie Shokoya has publicly thanked fellow actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele for promoting her movie on Instagram without hesitation or any expectation of payment.

Debbie revealed that she had mustered the courage to send Funke a direct message on Instagram, humbly requesting her support in publicising the film.

She said to her delight, Funke responded promptly and graciously agreed to help.

Deeply touched by the gesture, Debbie described the experience as uplifting and comforting.

She also prayed for Funke’s continued success, wishing her a life free from unnecessary struggles and filled with abundant blessings.
