Nigerian Afrobeat musician Davido’s much-celebrated wedding hit, ‘Ogechi Remix,’ has been removed from YouTube over copyright issues.

The song was performed live on June 25, 2024, at Davido’s lavish wedding to Chioma.

‘Ogechi Remix’, a collaboration featuring BoyPee, Brown Joel and Hyce, quickly gained popularity among fans after its release.

The music video was subsequently uploaded on July 19, 2024.

However, in the latest development, YouTube removed the ‘Ogechi remix’ music video over a copyright claim.

While the video is no longer accessible, the audio is still available on BoyPee’s official YouTube page.

Current information indicates that Davido is not credited as the official artist on YouTube for the song.

A trending video on the internet revealed that the original version of ‘Ogechi’ was created by a different artist before the remix.
