A compilation of the unique soundtracks on Kunle Afolayan’s latest Netflix original movie, ‘Citation’, has been released under his KAP Music Label.

The Citation EP, a five-track project, contains soundtracks such as ‘Sometimes’, ‘Cava Senegal’, ‘Moremi’, ‘Senegal Bi Ge Niale’ and ‘Senorita’.

Executively produced by Afolayan himself, the EP features Kofo Wonder, Kent Edunjobi and Peace Abosede.

“This is not just an album, it is a fusion of passion, unique sounds, one of a kind instrumentals and perfect voices to create these soundtracks that tell a vivid story. It’s all in the lyrics which were written by Kent Edunjobi and Peace Abosede, and produced by the talented artiste, Kent Edunjobi, who has worked with us on several projects like Roti, Tribunal, Omugwo, The Bridge, Tenant of the House, Diamonds in the Sky, Mokalik and now the blockbuster film, Citation,” a newsletter published on the KAP website stated.

TCN gathered that all the soundtracks from old movies produced by KAP will soon be released under the KAP Music label.

The Citation EP is available on all music streaming platforms for download.

Citation, which has continued to get rave reviews since its November 6 Netflix debut, has topped film charts within and outside Nigeria. It is a film that addresses the many issues of sexual abuse prevalent in higher institutions.
