Ayra Starr Stuns In Latex Cut-Out Little Black Dress At The Balmain’s Paris Fashion Week FW24 Show

Ayra Starr’s latex minidress is so shiny, you can practically see your reflection in it! The musician headed to Paris for the Balmain show during Paris Fashion Week and donned a short, shiny cutout dress from the fashion house for the occasion.

Starr looked gorgeous in the retro-inspired Balmain minidress, which featured a corseted top with thick halter straps and a Madonna-esque cone bra. Beneath the bra top was a triangular cutout that left just a small section of skin bare before dipping into the extra-high-waisted, structured yet flouncy miniskirt, complete with latex pleats.

The singer styled her dress with matching latex ankle-strap heels with a floral detail at the toe and a baby pink mini bag. For glam, Starr opted for bombshell waves, a silvery gray eyeshadow, pink blush, and a glossy lip. Gorgeous!

In summer 2023, Starr told Teen Vogue that she’s always been her own person and does things her way, whether that’s with her music or the way she dresses. “I’m just going to do me. I’m going to do what God sent me to do. I’m gonna make my mama proud. I’m going to make my fans proud.

Aside from that, I really couldn’t care less,” she shared. “If you feel a certain way about me and my music and the way I dress, you’ll be fine. I’ve always been my own person. I’m not going to change for anybody…. especially not now.”

According to the musician, if she hadn’t gone into music, she would have worked in the fashion world. “I was modeling before I was making music,” she previously told Glamour UK. “So I modeled for two years before music, and I like to show my personality through my outfits and everything. Fashion is definitely a way of showing myself.” Starr also hinted at wanting to create her own line, so fingers crossed that dream becomes a reality!
