American music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has strongly denied a new lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a former child actor when the accuser was still a minor.
The lawsuit, filed by an anonymous adult male identified as John Doe, claims that Diddy assaulted him at a Hollywood party in 2007 while he was working as a child actor.
The accuser is seeking unspecified damages from the music star and has also sued certain talent agents for failing to protect him at the time.
Reacting to the development, Diddy’s spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, described the allegations as completely fabricated.
“This is a lie and completely made up. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone,” Engelmayer stated. “These allegations will be disproven like all of the rest. He is going to pursue all avenues he can to defend himself and make sure those who start and spread lies are held responsible.”
