The third edition of the Afrocentric Vibes is scheduled to take place on July 26 at the Sinatra Place in Ikeja, Lagos.

The event will feature electrifying performances from fast-rising singers Samad, Dezign OVO, and Nimsy, with DJs Presh, Omoh, Elsie, Bigsmallz, and Texas on deck to keep the energy alive.

The event, which kicks off at 6pm, will feature a variety of activities including special dance performances, a rap contest, and fire dancers, to dancing bunnies, face painting, strippers, and table games.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Sinatra’s management said the July edition promises a “safe and vibrant atmosphere for guests,” with support from “major sponsors including Guinness, LOGS Wine, and Chelsea Dry Gin”.

It added that the goal is to offer customers and fun seekers a homely, lively, and memorable nightlife experience.

“Afrocentric is our project at Sinatra’s place and the reception, especially from all classes and age groups, has been very encouraging,” the statement reads.

“We have ensured we create a safe environment and pure entertainment to our guests’ satisfaction, hence, the backing of the big brands ahead of the July edition.

“As we always say, Sinatra is a lifestyle. Walking into any of our hospitality outfits, we want people to simply feel comfort and get that homely feeling. On July 26, we will be treating our guests, customers, and fun seekers to a great night of music and fun.”

The last two editions were headlined by top acts like Klever Jay, DJ YK, and Barry Jhay.
