Tributes have been pouring in for veteran Nollywood actor Olu Jacobs, who is 82 today, July 11th, 2024, amidst death rumours.

His dearest wife, Ajoke Silva, shared his photos on her Instagram page with an adorable caption wishing him well on his birthday.

Also, celebrities such as Omotola Jalade, Kaffy, Sola Sobowale, Chioma Akpotha, Madam Saje, Dakore Akande, Shaffy Bello, Efe Irele, Iyabo Ojo, Patience Ozokwo, Mofe Damijo, Kate Henshaw, Kehinde Bankole, Bose Alao, Osas Ighodaro, and Jade Osiberu, among others, took to social media to celebrate the Nollywood legend on his birthday.

A few days ago, Olu Jacobs’ family debunked the rumours surrounding his death by releasing video evidence to cease the news that has been spreading like wildfire.

In the video released, Olu Jacobs could be seen getting a haircut from someone, and it was clear that he’s hale and hearty.

The rumours about Olu Jacobs being dead are not the first, as there have been several rumours about him dying over the years.

However, his family is always on standby to dispel the rumours of his death, which usually brings a sense of relief to his fans
