Accesso Technology Group, the leading global provider of technology solutions for leisure, entertainment, and cultural markets, has been chosen as the official guest experience technology provider for Saudi Arabia’s groundbreaking Qiddiya giga-project. This partnership will bring cutting-edge ticketing solutions to the vast Qiddiya City, which is set to be a premier global entertainment, sports, and culture destination.

Qiddiya City: A Visionary Project Under Saudi Vision 2030

Located just southwest of Riyadh, Qiddiya City is poised to be the crown jewel of Saudi Arabia’s entertainment landscape, sprawling across over 300 square kilometers. As part of Saudi Vision 2030, this massive project will significantly contribute to the diversification of the country’s economy and enhance the entertainment, sport, and cultural sectors. Upon completion, Qiddiya City will feature some of the world’s largest and most innovative attractions, including Six Flags Qiddiya, Aquarabia, the Kingdom’s largest water park, and more.

Ticketing and Visitor Management Technology with accesso Horizon

In line with Qiddiya’s ambitious goals, accesso will implement its modern accesso Horizon solution across the site’s attractions, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, world-class experience. Horizon’s advanced ticketing and visitor management system will be the backbone of Qiddiya City’s extensive entertainment offerings, ensuring visitors have smooth, easy access to the attractions—from purchasing tickets online to enjoying all that the city has to offer onsite.

“Qiddiya sought a top-tier partner to provide the best ticketing solutions for our flagship attractions,” said Abdulrahman Al-Ali, Chief Technology Officer at Qiddiya. “We believe accesso’s extensive global experience in providing technology solutions to the leading entertainment operators will be instrumental in achieving our vision for Qiddiya City.”

Bringing Saudi Arabia’s Entertainment Revolution to Life

As one of the most innovative leisure projects in the world, Qiddiya will feature major attractions including a global center for gaming and esports, motorsports precinct, multi-use stadium, and the world’s tallest, fastest, and longest roller coaster at Six Flags Qiddiya. The city will also host various cultural events, festivals, and concerts, showcasing Saudi Arabia’s commitment to becoming a key player in global entertainment.

Steve Brown, CEO of accesso, emphasized the importance of this partnership: “Qiddiya City is truly a visionary project, and with the accesso Horizon platform, we are excited to deliver the tools necessary to create extraordinary guest experiences that will set new standards for entertainment excellence in the region.”

A Fully Integrated Platform for a World-Class Visitor Experience

accesso Horizon offers a fully integrated platform with advanced business logic and an expansive feature set. This solution will allow Qiddiya to scale as new attractions open and ensure that all guest benefits, services, and entitlements are managed from a unified platform. With open APIs, Horizon also enables seamless integration with other technology partners, ensuring that Qiddiya City has the flexibility to evolve as it grows.

Qiddiya: The Power of Play in Saudi Arabia

Qiddiya’s commitment to creating a vibrant society, a thriving economy, and an ambitious nation is rooted in its “Power of Play” philosophy. By focusing on entertainment, sports, and culture, Qiddiya will enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors alike, attracting tourists from around the world. Sustainability and wellbeing are key components of the city’s design, with green zones, cultural centers, top-tier healthcare, and educational facilities.
