by travelandtourworld February 16, 2025

Saudi Arabia hits a historic tourism milestone with 30 million visitors in 2024, driving growth and advancing the ambitious goals of Vision 2030.

Saudi Arabia welcomed 30 million international tourists in 2024, marking a significant milestone in its tourism sector.

This represents a growth of approximately 9% compared to the 27.5 million foreign visitors recorded in 2023, as highlighted in a recent report by Emirates NBD Research.

Tourism remains a central pillar of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 reform agenda, with the transport sector emerging as one of the fastest-growing industries last year.

Saudi Arabia aims to attract 70 million international visitors annually by 2030, leveraging major global sports and cultural events and the launch of Riyadh Air to achieve these ambitious targets.
