Actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has criticised a presenter over what she described as an unprofessional interview approach at the Miss Nigeria Patrons and Board Dinner in Lagos.
The incident, which was captured in a viral video, occurred during a red carpet segment at the event.
In the footage, the presenter approached the actress with an open-ended introduction, asking her to identify herself.
Reacting, Omotola questioned the presenter’s preparedness, noting that such an approach reflected a lack of professionalism.
“You are here with who? I should tell you my name? You are not ready,” she said.
The presenter, however, responded that he knew her identity and only intended to introduce her to viewers.
The exchange has since generated reactions on social media, with opinions divided over the actress’s response.
