Gospel singer, Agnes Iroh aka Mama Ladder has made a heartfelt appeal to popular musician Olamide for sampling her song “Ladder” in his music a few years back.
Olamide had incorporated the chorus of Iroh’s song into his 2014 track “Our Lord Jesus”.
In a video shared online, Iroh revealed that she didn’t take it up due to ill health and urged Olamide to come and see her.
Iroh affirmed that Olamide won several awards with the song and needs to compensate her accordingly.
She also spoke on some challenges she’s facing in music one of which was lack of sponsorship, noting that she has about two songs she hasn’t recorded yet.
