Okunkun Lo, an award-winning animated short film by Nigerian animator and director Bankole Lasekan and his B. E. Lasekan Studios, is now available to view on YouTube.
The project unfolds in a turbulent enclave of the African savannah. A schoolboy and baby rhino, both victims of humanity’s greed and unchecked hunger for power, are forced into an alliance for survival.
“The story is a subtle reminder that the world needs our light,” said Lasekan. “Each and every one of us.”
