A new criminal investigation involving American former rapper and record producer Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is under review by prosecutors in Los Angeles following allegations of sexual battery.
The case stems from a police report filed by publicist Jonathan Hay in September 2025. Hay alleged that Combs sexually assaulted him during separate incidents in 2020 and 2021.
The report was initially filed in Florida before being transferred to Los Angeles, where the alleged incidents reportedly took place.
According to the complaint, Hay claimed the incidents occurred while he was working on a music project with CJ Wallace, the son of the late rapper The Notorious B.I.G.
Los Angeles police detectives later investigated the allegations and submitted their findings to the District Attorney’s office, which is now reviewing the case.
No charges have been announced, and prosecutors have yet to decide whether to take further action.
Representatives for Combs had not publicly responded to the allegations at the time of reporting.
