A special art exhibition is scheduled to showcase the creative works of a 14-year-old Lagos artist, Jomiloju Poroye (JP). JP, who lives with cerebral palsy and a hearing impairment.
The exhibition, which will hold in Lagos, Nigeria’s vibrant culture abd entertainment hub, will showcase how this talented teenager has steadily grown her interest in painting and illustration.


According to the Communications Manager for the project, Halima Okanlawon, the exhibition is designed to highlight JP’s talent and give the public an opportunity to experience her unique artistic expressions.
The exhibition is expected to be graced by the Chairman, Kay Farms Products Limited, Chief Kayode Williams, as the Father of the Day, while the Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka is expected as the Special Guest of Honour and other dignitaries.


The event is scheduled to take place this Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 3:00 PM at KayFarms Estate, Iju-Ishaga, Lagos.
Earlier in the year, Poroye’s works of arts had attracted the attention of one of the leading television stations in Nigeria, Television Continental (TVC) which did a documentary on her works.
Tomorrow’s exhibition is open to members of the public, and attendees are invited to come out and support JP as she presents her artworks.
