Grammy award-winning singer, Ashanti is over joy at the moment after it was confirmed that she is pregnant with her first child with Rapper Nelly.
Recall that Ashanti and Nelly dated on and off from 2003 to 2013 after meeting during a Grammy Awards press conference.
In April, the duo sparked reconciliation rumours when they were seen holding hands at a boxing match in Las Vegas.
However, their reconciliation may have come at a great time after the US Weekly confirmed on Monday that Nelly and Ashanti were expecting their first baby together.
The baby will be Ashanti’s only child for now, while Nelly, who is a father of two, became a grandfather at 49 after his daughter Chanelle, 29, welcomed a baby.
