Falz, the Nigerian rapper, has announced the release date for his sixth studio album.

In a recent Instagram post, the multi-talented artiste, known for hits like ‘Karishika’ and ‘Wehdone Sir,’ revealed that the album titled ‘The Feast’ is scheduled for release on May 30.

Falz also expressed excitement at the forthcoming body of work while appreciating his fans for their patience.

“And we have a date. I have been working on this album for a hot minute. I’m super excited to finally serve it. My 6th solo album #TheFeast will hit you on May 30, 2025. Thank you for your patience,” he wrote.

The project marks his first full-length body of work since his 2024 EP ‘Before The Feast‘.

Born Folarin Falana, Falz has established himself as a household name in the Nigerian music since his career began in 2009.

He is known for songs which are often targeted at addressing bad governance and societal ills including ‘Child of the World’ and ‘Talk’.

His other projects are ‘Wazum Guy’ (2014), ‘Stories that Touch’ (2015), ’27’ (2017), ‘Moral Instruction’ (2019) and ‘Bahd’ (2022).

Asides from being a rapper, Falz has also featured in several movies.

He made his movie debut in ‘Couple of Days’ (2016).

The singer’s versatility has won him several awards including ‘Album of the Year’ at the 2016 edition of the City People Entertainment.
