Be Ready To Cough Out N8m To Feature Me In Music, Video, Singer Portable Warns Colleagues

Nigerian controversial singer, Portable has warned his colleague in the entertainment industry that to feature him in any of their tracks will cost them $10,000 (N8 million).

He made this known few hours after meeting British rapper, Skepta at the prestigious Fashion Awards.

Taking to his Instagram page, Portable announced that he now charges 10k in dollars for featuring, shows, and music video and skit.

“2024 is my year. I have an update for you. Count yourself lucky if you’ve worked with me before. I now charge $10,000 for features and appearances.

“Be it an appearance in a music video or skit, it’s $10,000. Even link-up [meet and greet] is $10,000. And brand endorsement deal is also $10,000.”

He added that he doesn’t want to work with “poor people” anymore.

Portable isn’t the only artist, who has topped up his price.

Superstar singer, Davido had left many talking after he revealed the amount he charges to perform in a show.

The DMW music executive, in an interview, opened up on the cost of having him on any show and how many shows he attends in a month. In the video, he revealed that he charges 600,000 dollars (550,000 million naira) for each show he’s invited to.
