The Afro-Heritage Broadcasting and Entertainment Awards, (AHBEA) has announced the transition to glory of its President, His Royal Majesty, (Oba Dr) Yisa Sola Adeniyi Olaniyan (The Paramount Ruler of Ipokia Kingdom)
and CEO, Afro Heritage Entertainment Company, USA.

The Monarch joined his ancestors on the 27th of June, 2026.

Though saddened by the irreplaceable loss and sudden demise of a great man, AHBEA says its members find solace in a legacy defined by excellence in leadership, compassion, selflessness, generosity, kindness, and unwavering service to people, his home town and the entertainment industry.

“HRM Oba Yisa Sola Olaniyan was a rare gem. His wisdom, doggedness, grace, and royal presence everywhere he goes to will be deeply missed.

“We extend our heartfelt condolences to his immediate family, the entire Ipokia Kingdom, the Royal Family, and all who mourn this monumental loss,” the Awards platform said in a statement made available to TCN.
