Afrobeats Icon, 2Face, Celebrates 25 Years in Music Industry

2Baba, the Nigerian music icon, is celebrating 25 years in the music industry with a concert titled “The Experience” on March 29, 2026, at Eko Hotel, Lagos.

This milestone marks not just his career but also the growth of Afrobeats and Nigerian music globally.

The concert will feature powerful performances, special guest appearances, and memorable moments showcasing Nigerian music’s legacy.

It will also serve as a historic moment of reflection, celebration, and appreciation of the evolution of Nigerian and African music on the global stage.

Over the past two and a half decades, 2Baba has remained one of Africa’s most influential and respected artists, playing a pioneering role in shaping the modern sound and global recognition of Nigerian music.

“The 2baba Experience” will not only celebrate 2Baba’s remarkable career but will also honor the growth of Afrobeats and the many artists who continue to elevate Nigerian music worldwide. The event will bring together key figures from across generations of the music industry, highlighting the collective journey that has positioned Nigeria as a leading force in global entertainment.
