Popular Nigerian musicians, Shallipopi and Davido performed on the opening night of the 2025 Afro Nation festival.

Afro Nation is a three day annual music festival founded in 2019 by an entertainment company to celebrate and showcase Africa’s music and culture.

Recall that the 2025 edition of the annual festival kicked off on Wednesday night in Portugal.

Shallipopi stole the show by bringing his siblings and other artistes on stage as he performed his hit song ‘Lahoo’.

While Davido performed ‘If’, ‘Fall,’ Dami Duro and ‘Fia’.

Nigerian songstress, Tems will perform on Thursday night, while Burna Boy, Kamo Mphela, Booba, and Dexta Daps will wrap up the festival with their performance on Friday.

Sharing the video on its official page, Afro Nation wrote “ANP2025? OBO OUR HEADLINER!! @davido closed our day one of #ANP2025 with the biggest and BADDEST energy 001 would bring!

“MONUMENTAL! @theycallmeshallipopi came to SCATTER the Portimao at #ANP2025!”.
