Film distributor, FilmOne Entertainment, has announced that Nigeria will play host to the African premiere of ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ in Lagos.
The premiere is said to be a collaboration between Walt Disney Company, FilmOne Entertainment and the Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF).
Marvel had shared two teasers hinting at the identity of the superhero initially played by the late Chadwick Boseman who died after a protracted battle with cancer in 2020.

Following Boseman’s demise, Marvel Studios announced that a new character would take up the Black Panther mantle.

Covid-19 pandemic and claims of minor stunt injuries on set had stalled the production process delaying release for more than a year.
The film, which is expected to be another Box Office-smashing hit like its 2018 prequel, will premiere globally on November 11.
