Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has reaffirmed his administration’s support for youths in the digital and creative sectors.
The governor made this known while hosting content creator and TikToker Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, known as Peller, at the Government House in Osogbo.
The visit forms part of Peller’s ongoing national tour across several states.
During the engagement, Adeleke acknowledged the growing role of the digital economy in youth empowerment and job creation.
The meeting also featured a light moment as the governor joined the content creator in a dance session.
Peller’s tour, which began earlier in March, has taken him to states including Oyo and Ekiti, as well as the Federal Capital Territory.
The tour, however, has attracted attention following a recent controversy in Edo State involving a traditional institution.
The Benin Traditional Council had raised concerns over his visit to the palace, citing a breach of protocol.
