‎Diddy’s Right Hand Woman Gets Male Accuser’s Sex Trafficking Case Tossed

by The Culture Newspaper June 9, 2026
by The Culture Newspaper June 9, 2026

‎The longtime trusted associate of Sean “Diddy” Combs, Kristina Khorram ‎has secured a significant legal victory after a judge dismissed sex trafficking claims against her, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
‎
‎
‎A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ruled in Kristina’s favour during a hearing in June. The court decided that claims of sexual battery, sex trafficking, and several other allegations brought against her by Phillip Pines, a former employee of Diddy, should be thrown out.
‎
‎
‎The judge found that Phillip failed to provide evidence supporting his claims that Kristina could be held liable for any alleged crimes committed against him. The court stated that Phillip did not demonstrate that Kristina had knowledge of any alleged sexual battery or that she was aware of or benefited from any alleged sex trafficking.
‎
‎Kristina, another male accuser of Diddy, whom he described as a “Ghislaine Maxwell” figure, has denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
‎
‎As previously reported by TMZ, Phillip, who worked for Diddy from 2019 to 2021, sued the music mogul and Kristina for alleged sex trafficking, sexual battery, and other charges. In his lawsuit, he claimed he was responsible for arranging hotel rooms for Diddy’s “freak-offs.” Phillip said he had to stock rooms with baby oil, sex toys, and other items. He also stated that he was instructed to clean the hotel rooms after Diddy was finished.
‎
‎
‎Regarding Diddy, his team denied Phillip’s claims shortly after the lawsuit was filed. A representative said, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
‎
‎
‎”We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court,” the representative added.
